Since its debut in 2017, Everglades Boats 335cc has been a favorite among Northeast anglers who like more than a little luxury in their offshore fishing platform. A revolution at the time, it offered abundant amenities along with standard Everglades fishability—built-in coolers, oversized fishboxes, smart tackle and rod storage—making it an awesome platform for tackling stripers in open water and pushing offshore for tuna.

While the 7-year-old 335cc was hardly stale, with technology and tastes advancing at a relentless pace, the designers and engineers at Everglades decided it was due for a “reimagining” in 2024. Checking out the debut of the 335cc at the Miami International Boat Show, I discovered that a “reimagining” includes plush interior upgrades, the integration of state-of-the-art technology, and some welcome engine and performance enhancements.

Let’s start at the helm, where a sleek black dash looks as modern as the electronics it displays, and with optional teak and carbon fiber upgrades, it’s simply gorgeous. Fish-finding will be a breeze thanks to state-of-the-art digital switching system on standard 16” Garmin dual displays or optional 22” Garmin dual displays. Whether you opt for twin Mercury 400hp engines or Yamaha twin 425hp with Helm Master EX, you’ll enjoy joystick piloting and seamless control.

The 335cc’s beloved rigging and tackle station is a dedicated angler’s dream, and with some subtle reconfiguring to make it more “intuitive,” you’ll find that lures, tools, and accessories are always within reach when the fish are biting.

Seating has been improved throughout, highlighted by enhanced luxurious bow seating – including removable forward-facing bow backrests. Fold-down transom seating is now larger and more lavish, providing more options for a comfortable ride from virtually any seat.

The molded-in dive door, a necessary feature for tuna anglers looking to safely slide some sashimi aboard, is now standard and features sturdy construction and secure latching mechanisms. Also standard is a premier stereo system with JL Audio speakers and a Fusion head unit.

While elegant extras and fishable functions are obvious at the dock (or in the showroom), it’s the Everglades RAMCAP hull construction and on-the-water performance that has earned them a diehard following. The solid, sound-absorbing hull of the new Everglades 335cc provides the renowned Everglades ride with a beam of 10’8” and measures 35’6” overall with twin Mercury V10 engines and 35’10” with twin Yamaha 450-hp engines.
