Striped bass anglers have less than a month to comment on Draft Addendum II to Amendment 7 to the Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Atlantic Striped Bass. This document represents the remaining hope for rebuilding the striped bass spawning stock biomass by the 2029 deadline.
