NextImg:The Best 5th Wheels With 2 Bathrooms

One great thing about RVs getting bigger and bigger is that manufacturers can include more features. For many shoppers, a second bathroom is one thing they’re willing to pay for.

Unfortunately, with so many options, narrowing them down can be overwhelming. We have good news if you’re shopping for a 5th wheel with two bathrooms.

We’ve worked hard to compile the best 5th wheels with two bathrooms on the market. Could one of these be your next rig?

Let’s look and see!

Yes, RVs with two bathrooms are becoming increasingly common these days. Many manufacturers are listening to customer demands and making the necessary upgrades. Some models even feature separate entrances to make it easier to keep dirt and gunk out of the camper.

Typically, most of these RVs have a separate half bath instead of two full bathrooms. Despite this, it is possible to find an RV with two full bathrooms. But, it’ll require more effort and is generally only available on rigs over 40 feet long.

Pro Tip: If you’re looking to make some updates to your RV bathroom, be sure to take a peek at Dated to Dazzling: Our RV Bathroom Remodel.

The secondary bathroom in many RVs is typically a half bathroom. Like in residential settings, a half bath is a bathroom with a toilet and sink. Unlike a full bathroom, half bathrooms do not have a bathtub or shower.

In a recreational vehicle, these are common in garage spaces, bunkhouses, or as a secondary entrance. They’re convenient for quick trips to the bathroom or as designated for friends, family, or children.

We’ve found some great options if you’re shopping for a 5th wheel with two bathrooms. For that reason, you better ensure you have the tow vehicle to haul these as they’re massive rigs. Let’s take a look!

MSRP: $94,342
Sleeps: 6
Length: 43’5”

Features: The Forest River Sandpiper 4002FB features queen beds at the front and rear of the rig. The rear bedroom even features a separate second entrance. Above the rear bedroom is a loft with additional sleeping space and multiple storage cabinets.

This massive rig can be an excellent option for those larger families that need multiple bathrooms and sleeping areas. It even comes prepped with washer and dryer connections to avoid trips to the local laundromat.

Features: The Shasta Phoenix 355FBX is one of the rarest floor plans we’ve ever seen. How many rigs with bunkhouses have you seen with them at the front of the rig?

The Phoenix 355FBX changes things up and does just that. The massive master suite is at the rear of the unit. Not only does it have a king bed, but also double sinks in the bathroom. There’s plenty of sleeping space for even the largest of families.

However, we noticed a couple of things that could be challenging. There are only two slides, which can make it feel smaller than 42’7”, and there’s not much counter space. This can make it very challenging to prepare meals and do the dishes.

MSRP: $99,742
Sleeps: 7
Length: 42’6”
Weight: 12,328 lbs.

You’ll love the tank sizes if you plan to boondock or spend time in campgrounds without a sewer connection. While the freshwater tank is only 50 gallons, it offers 112 gallons of gray water storage and 72 for black. This can allow you to maximize the time between visits to a dump station.

MSRP: $103,013
Sleeps: 9
Length: 40’7”
Weight: 13,820 lbs.

Features: The Keystone Avalanche 378BH is a rear bunkhouse floorplan with an additional half bathroom and outside kitchen. Keystone placed the additional half bathroom so it’s easily accessible via the second entrance.

Using the main entry, you come in midway through the rig. We love that one side of the refrigerator and master bathroom are accessible without retracting slides. These are great for those quick pit stops during travel days to avoid sketchy gas station bathrooms.

Another fantastic feature is the outside kitchen. It has an additional refrigerator, sink, and mounted television. Whether you need to wash your hands before a meal, grab a water bottle, or watch the big game, this outside kitchen offers everything.

MSRP: $84,006
Sleeps: 8
Length: 43’4”
Weight: 12,510 lbs.

Features: The Jayco Eagle 360DBOK provides a variety of options. While it comes standard with a king bed and freestanding table and chairs, options are available for a queen bed and dinette booth. Depending on your needs, these can be great options to consider.

Although, one unique aspect of this layout is the massive walk-in closet. While a large closet is relatively common, the placement of the washer and dryer connections isn’t. The washer is on the passenger side, while the dryer connections are on the driver side. This maximizes the space and creates a balanced look and feel in the layout.

This bunkhouse model features a dedicated half bath. This is an excellent option for those with children to have their own private space. They won’t need to navigate a dark camper for those middle-of-the-night bathroom needs.

A 5th wheel with two bathrooms is a fantastic option in various situations, especially for larger families. It can be handy whether the extra bathroom is a half or full. In addition to eliminating lines at the door, it typically increases your holding tank capacity. You won’t have to dump your tanks as often and ensure everyone can answer nature’s call when needed.
