RacerTV takes you behind the trees and deep into the slop for the Wiseco John Penton Round 7 of the 2023 GNCC racing series. 30-plus years of The John Penton in Millfield, Ohio! 2023 looked more like the <a href="https://dirtwheelsmag.com/the-famous-blackwater-100-2/">Blackwater 100</a>. Gators love mud, and this race marked Adam “the Gator” McGill’s first top of the XC1 Pro podium finish since 2022. It rained all day Friday and early Saturday while the 4×4 Pro class took to the course. On time, Cody Collier piloted his Can-Am Renegade to a slightly faster finish that the top XC1 pro. This course certainly favored AWD!
