King of the Hammers is just around the corner, and if you haven’t been, it’s definitely one event to add to your buckket list. This is the ultimate test of side-by-side and driver, with terrain so rugged that it isn’t unusual for broken machines to get a helicopter ride out of the hole they landed in. Here’s just a taste of what you can expect to see this year at Johnson Valley.

Gates open January 18th with King of the Motos (motorcycles) competition beginning on January 20th. Full course prerunning for side-by-sides and other four-wheeled vehicles begins on January 26th with racing to follow. Racing raps up on Febryary 3rd.
