Training and empowering youth to be effective leaders at the intersection of the environmental and climate justice movements
The goal: $1,500 will allow Earth Guardians to award four of its youth crews with grants they will use to host youth workshops on climate solutions, community building, and fossil fuel resistance; community clean-ups; creation of community gardens; creation of green spaces; nonviolent frontline direct actions (sit-ins or marches); or environmental audits of schools to determine where improvement can be made.
Radically imagining a more equitable and diverse future of environmentalism
The goal: $1,500 will buy 75 BIPOC-authored books for Intersectional Environmentalist to give away to its community.
