Can-Am has sent the old Outlander 450 and 570 out to pasture and replaced them both with all-new ATVs. The 2023 Outlander 500 and 700 share a 650cc single-cylinder, dual-overhead cam engine, though the 700 makes more power thanks to a different camshaft profile and engine mapping. The new platform can tow an extra 530 pounds over the outgoing models, boasts more suspension travel and ground clearance than before, and has a few clever design features to make it easier to maintain and more comfortable to ride.
