The Berkley Fishing Powerbait Power Switch is purpose-designed to be optimized for use with forward-facing sonar. The Power Switch gives anglers the control needed to “switch” their technique and methods to react in real-time to how the fish are behaving. When it comes to forward-facing sonar, it gives a picture of what is going on at that exact moment in front of them. While this does make locating the fish a bit easier this only gives a short window of maybe a couple of casts to get their bait in front of the fish. Anglers need a bait that can quickly and precisely be presented in front of their quarry. That is where the PowerBait Power Switch comes in. It allows for precise casts that quickly reach the fish in the water column due to its weight-forward design. The PowerBait Power Switch is capable of “hovering” techniques where anglers can hold the lure in front or above their target fish, it can be flicked, strolled, or popped side to side with a flick of the wrist. The outer soft plastic layer is loaded with PowerBait scent and flavor so when a fish bites, they will hold on longer. The Power Switch comes pre-rigged with a sticky sharp Fusion19 hook and is available in 6 sizes, and a plethora of patterns.
