Savage Gear has brought out its newest lure with the Tough Toad topwater soft plastic toad. Designed to drive the bass mad, and be able to handle whatever the fish can dish out. Keeping in Savage Gear’s theme of making realistic replicas of life in lure form, the Tough Toad brings one of the most realistic toad profile soft plastics to the market. Savage Gear used 3d scans from a real toad to get this lure as close to the real thing as possible. The toad comes with twin curved paddle tails that give a strong kicking action when worked. Made from an extremely buoyant TPE Duratech 12X Tough soft plastic, this plastic is buoyant enough to keep the toad floating on the surface when anglers stop it and let it rest.
