All-NEW Leupold Mark 4HD Riflescopes – The King of Optics has Returned

   01.11.24

Long before people were concerned with laser beams, night vision on rimfire rifles, and all manner of other optics that were more reminiscent of science fiction than non-fiction, there was simply great glass. Great glass that was durably housed and trusted by militaries and civilians across the world. That glass was the Leupold Mark 4. It was discontinued some years ago to the dismay of numerous shooters, but we can now celebrate its return as the new Leupold Mark 4HD series of riflescopes.

Leupold Coverage on AllOutdoor

The MSRPs for the all-new Leupold Mark 4HD series of riflescopes vary from $999 – $1,599 based on the maintube size, magnification choice, and reticle selection. They will be offering some familiar traits and attributes we have seen on other iterations of optics from Leupold, but they will also be unique in their own right. All of those specifications are elaborated on below through Leupold’s press statement, videos, and features listing:

Ready your rifles with a versatile Mark 4HD. We took the legendary performance of its predecessors and gave it a slimmer maintube that’s been packed full of professional-grade features. Whether you’re a dedicated enthusiast or a seasoned expert, the Mark 4HD’s optical clarity and lightweight design will get the job done at the range or in the field.

I was part of the faction of shooters who was saddened at the discontinuing of the Mark 4 so I am absolutely excited to hear that a new, revamped line of the Leupold Mark 4HD is now here. With magnification ranges from 1-4x all the way up to 8-32x, which one would you like to shoot first? As always, let us know all of your thoughts about Leupold in the Comments below! We always appreciate your feedback.
